We are seeking an IT Support Intern for our client, a computer wholesaler, to join their Hardware Installation team. The role offers practical, hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware for clients while supporting the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Hardware Installation team with setting up, configuring, and testing computer hardware for clients
• Provide technical support to staff and clients, troubleshooting hardware and basic networking issues
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals

Qualifications

• Qualification in IT or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or hardware installation
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
